Registration is required to enter the event. Due to security, each attendee will need to pick up their own badge and show proof of identification. An official, government issued form of ID is acceptable (example: driver’s license, Government issued passport).

When submitting your registration request through our online portal, you'll need to provide your Solution Provider ID or Developer ID. Once submitted, our team will review your request within 48 hours and notify you of your registration status (approved or declined) via email. Yes, you need an active Amazon Solution Provider account in good standing to come to Solution Provider Summit, and your ID is required to register. Anyone who buys a ticket with an invalid ID will not be approved as a registrant.Do I need be an active Amazon Solution Provider to register?
Solution Provider Summit will have content for those with both technical and non-technical (business) backgrounds. All are welcome to join and build their agenda to suit their knowledge and business needs. Do I need to have a technical background to get the full experience?

I need a visa to travel to Seattle. Can Amazon help me?
We are recording certain sessions, excluding any hands-on keyboard style sessions. Following the event, we will share on-demand content when it is available. We won’t be sharing the PowerPoint decks, only digital resources, handouts, links, and specific recordings. Is the event being recorded?

There is limited parking available, however parking is available in the garage. Note that Amazon is unable to validate parking. There are two garage entrances which are accessible from 6th Ave, between Virginia St.& Lenora St., and Lenora St., between 7th Ave and 6th Ave. The garage is open 6 a.m.-12 a.m. Monday-Saturday, and 7 a.m.-12 a.m. Sunday. This is an automated garage and there is no booth attendant. The garage height restriction is 6'8". Van Pool Parking will transfer. New Van Pool requests applications must be sent through Standard Parking. Is there parking available at the Amazon Meeting Center?
