In this hands-on class, we will work through multiple scenarios involving more complex Project structures. Our focus will be on hybrid Projects that can contain a mixture of revenue recognition formulas. Three basic Project types will be covered: Cost Plus, T&M, and Estimate at Completion. Recommendations will be made on how to create a Project Structure that can support a “hybrid” project and the potential ramifications for billing. We will also go through an exercise demonstrating how Costpoint Planning can be leveraged to assist in the EAC computation in the Projects Module. Course Prerequisites: You should have a basic understanding of Revenue Recognition in Costpoint and the role of the PAG (Project Account Group) in controlling Revenue posting.
