This session will review the top 10 standard Key Performance Indicators for government contractors. We will go into detail about what reports are relevant in Costpoint and how and when to use them for analysis in decision making. We will also cover the use of both standard reports coming out of Costpoint and customized Cognos reports along with standard Costpoint dashboards.

His depth of experience and commitment to operational excellence drive the success of Iuvo Systems' outsourced accounting services. Ravi is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute (PMI), he is actively involved in the PMI New Jersey Chapter, where he stays connected to industry advancements. Ravi holds a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.

Ed began his career at Grant Thornton in their audit and IT consulting practice. Ed has worked with hundreds of small businesses: 8(a), HUBZone, SBA, Woman and Veteran-owned, as well as large organizations and top 100 government contractors. Ed earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
