With over fifteen years of experience in government contracting industry on both the consulting and internal sides, he brings a vast knowledge of business end-to-end operations, financial close policies and procedures, internal controls, business process improvement, change management, project management, and system capabilities to help clients visualize, understand, and implement the most efficient solution. Brian is a proven transformation leader with a track record of working closely with executives of organizations and technology vendors to increase operational efficiency and generate business value through new capabilities. His core competencies include operating model design, value realization management, digital transformation, program management, implementation of leading technology applications, business process redesign, compliance, sales enablement, and business development. In addition to holding MBA and PMP credentials, he also holds ERP implementation certifications for several On-premise and Cloud-based ERP solutions. Using these skill sets and experience within the industry has allowed him to be exposed to many solutions and tools—varying from opportunity management, ERP solutions, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting solutions. Brian has led solutions for small to mid-sized privately held and publicly traded organizations, particularly within the government contracting sector.
