Overview

Many manufacturing customers plan and coordinate manufacturing demand and material using Costpoint MRP and MPS. CostPoint MRP and MPS however does not provide detailed analysis of Resource Capacities and Load Demand. That's where Dynafact comes in. Dynafact takes the CostPoint MRP and MPS demand and schedules the work-flow across shop resources in a Finite schedule. This lets customers capacity plan and schedule and perform "what if" scenarios in order to maximize the use of their manufacturing resources. DMS improves on time delivery, reduces waste and increases in throughput.
