Artist Alley Submission Guidelines
If you're ready to showcase your unique work and sell your creations, this form serves as an application for a designated booth space in Artist Alley at TwitchCon Amsterdam. Your application will be reviewed with consideration on various aspects such as the order in which they are received, broadcaster status (Partner, Affiliate, company, etc), and diversity of content. We also highly encourage artists to submit as a pair! Whether you plan on sharing your space with another artist and need a friend to help, or you have two friends to help with sales, three (3) exhibitor badges will be provided per Artist Alley booth. The following inclusions are provided by Twitch:
- 3m x 3m Booth or 4m x 4m Booth depending on placement
- 3 Exhibitor Badges
- Power and Wi-Fi for payment systems
A few guidelines when preparing your application:
- Submit your website (Instagram is perfectly acceptable) and between 1 - 3 Twitch clips or highlights showcasing your work.
- All information included should apply to your entire group. We are unable to make changes to shared booths after acceptance. If you plan on sharing your booth, please include links to all artists being promoted in the space during the submission process.
- All channels submitting to Artist Alley must be in good standing, with no moderation infractions within the past 90 days of application. If your channel is suspended or banned after being accepted to Artist Alley, your participation will be canceled.
- Booth design is subject to change. Final design will be sent to confirmed participants in their welcome kits.
- Please note that additional incidental costs (such as shipping and permits) may apply. We advise you to review Amsterdam's seller's permit requirements, potential import fees, and shipping prior to accepting.
Selection Process:
The TwitchCon committee will close submissions on 13 March 2022. Applicants will be notified of their submission status no later than 29 April 2022.
