Artist Alley Digital Showcase Submission Guidelines

Can’t make it to TwitchCon Amsterdam but still want to be part of the spectacle? Submit images of your artwork for an opportunity to have your credited work displayed on the screens decorating Artist Alley for our first ever Digital Showcase! Before you apply, please take a look at the specs and guidelines below.

Specs:

• At least 1080 pixels wide
• PNG, JPG or JPEG file type 72 - 300dpi (300dpi is the best)
• Less than 25mb
• RGB color scheme (not CMYK)

A few guidelines when preparing your artwork:

• DO make sure to check the resolution of your files to be certain they meet requirements
• DO make sure to submit PNG or JPG
• DO make sure that all files match our file-naming conventions: [DateSubmitted (as YYMMDD)]_[FirstNameLastName]_[PieceNumber].jpg Example: 220213_BobbieSmith_01.jpg
• DO NOT submit digital images in a PowerPoint file, or embedded in a Word Document
• DO NOT submit digital images in the following file formats: GIF, BMP, or PSD
• DO NOT edit or re-save JPEG files, which reduces quality, export a new one or rename your current JPEG
• All channels submitting to the Artist Alley Digital Showcase must be in good standing, with no moderation infractions within the past 90 days of application. If your channel is suspended or banned after being accepted to the Artist Alley Digital Showcase, your participation will be canceled.

Selection Process:
The TwitchCon committee will close submissions on 13 March 2022. Applicants will be notified of their submission status no later than 29 April 2022.
