Drag Showcase Submission Guidelines

TwitchCon is here to work! We want to showcase the talents of the fiercest, most fabulous, ferocious, and fearsome drag performers for TwitchCon’s first ever LIVE Drag Showcase! Your application will then be reviewed alongside consideration on various aspects such as the order in which they are received, broadcaster status (Partner, Affiliate, Company, etc), and diversity of content. Performances may include a range of talents including lip-syncing, dancing, juggling, stand-up comedy, and much more.

A few guidelines when preparing your performance:

  • We ask all performers to abide by Twitch’s Code of Conduct and Community Guidelines to maintain stagetime on the Glitch Stage.
  • Submit your website (Instagram is perfectly acceptable) and between 1 - 3 Twitch clips or highlights showcasing your talent with the application.
  • Music will be sourced through a karaoke cover service. We’ll ask you to provide us with three songs that you would like to use in your performance. Please include the song name and artist. We unfortunately won't accept any original mixes for DMCA purposes. Your top three choices will be reviewed, and Twitch will give approved song details in the acceptance welcome kits.
  • Please anticipate your performance to last a minimum of three (3) minutes to a maximum of five (5) minutes. If you know exactly how long your performance will run, please include it in the "Additional Information" section of the application. 
  • All creators submitting to Drag Showcase must be in good standing, with no moderation infractions within the past 90 days of application. If your channel is suspended or banned after being accepted to Drag Showcase, your participation will be canceled.


Selected performers will receive the following inclusions from Twitch:

  • A complimentary TwitchCon badge for yourself and two (2) additional badges for assistance (a refund is available if you already purchased a badge) for access to the show.
  • Monetary compensation for your valuable time on stage.
  • Access to a greenroom.


Selection Process:
The TwitchCon committee closed submissions on 17 April 2022. Applicants will be notified of their submission status no later than 29 April 2022. We’ll follow up with more detailed information in an acceptance welcome kit.
