MeetUps Submission Guidelines

Connect at TwitchCon through MeetUps! Whether you’re someone who loves hosting discussions about your favorite game or simply have an idea for a gathering, we want you to tell us what sort of MeetUps you’d like to see at TwitchCon. These can range from specific streaming communities like a particular game like D&D, League of Legends, Valheim, to non-gaming content categories such as country of origin, cosplay, music, art, makeup, identity groups, and more. As always, MeetUps will abide by our Event Code of Conduct. Remember: your pitch isn’t only for our review, but also what the attendees will see at TwitchCon. We highly encourage you to write succinctly and with the community in mind

Selection Process:
The TwitchCon committee will close submissions on 13 March 2022. Applicants will be notified of their submission status no later than 29 April 2022. We’ll follow up with more detailed information about executing your MeetUp in a welcome kit upon selection. If we think there's a good match, the TwitchCon team reserves the right to curate the content and select hosts / participants for the MeetUp you submitted. You will be notified of this when your MeetUp is accepted.
