Drag Showcase

TwitchCon is here to work! We’re bringing the talents of the fiercest, most fabulous, ferocious, and fearsome drag performers for TwitchCon San Diego’s first ever LIVE Drag Showcase!  If you’re ready to bring the heat with your Drag Performance, apply here. Performances may include a range of talents including lip-syncing, dancing, juggling, stand-up comedy, and much more. 

 

Submission Guidelines

• All submissions must be in compliance with Twitch’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Events Code of Conduct and Release. 
• All channels submitting must be in good standing, with no moderation infractions within the past ninety (90) days of application. If your channel is suspended or banned after being accepted, your participation will be canceled.
• Submit your website (Instagram is perfectly acceptable) and between one (1) and (3) Twitch clips or highlights showcasing your talent with the application.
• Music will be sourced through Twitch’s karaoke cover service. We’ll ask you to provide us with three (3) songs that you would like to use in your performance. Please include the song name and artist. We unfortunately can’t accept any original licensed mixes. Your top three choices will be reviewed, and Twitch will give approved song details in the acceptance welcome kits.
• If selected, your performance will be a minimum of three (3) minutes to a maximum of five (5) minutes. If you know exactly how long your performance will run, please include it in the "Additional Information" section of the application. 

 

Accepted submission will receive the following inclusions from Twitch

• A comped TwitchCon badge for yourself and one (1) additional badge for an assistant.
• Monetary compensation for your valuable time on stage.

 

Selection Process
The TwitchCon Content team will close submissions on July 31, 2022. Applicants will be notified of their submission status no later than August 12, 2022.
