What are the different ways to pay for a pass?
We accept credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna (payment plans). A couple of notes: Apple Pay and Google Pay must be used on a supported device, and Klarna is available to attendees 18 and older only.
When will I receive my pass and how can I access it?
After purchase, a QR code will be sent to the email associated with your Twitch account. Please bring this QR code along with a valid government-issued ID matching the legal first and last name used during registration to wristband pickup on-site.
How do I upgrade or add-on to my pass?
If you want to upgrade or swap your pass type, please reach out to our team via this portal link.
Is there an age restriction for attending TwitchCon?
All ages are welcome! Attendees ages 13-17 must complete a parental/guardian consent form after purchase to attend. Child passes (ages 6-12) require an accompanying parent/guardian. Children under 5 are free.
