This shift allowed us to dive into the world of opportunities and affiliations. Using opportunities to track the student life cycle from lead to enrolled. From there, the team tracks the student’s journey in their program using affiliations. Not only was the team able to increase our percentages, they were also able to increase application productivity. For example, in Fall of 2021 they went from 619 total applications to 1,130 applications for Spring of 2022. This increase in applications leads to the increase in admits which allows for more enrollments.
