The strongest sessions are not about features. They are about results.
A strong proposal clearly answers:
- What challenge were you solving?
- What did you change or update in your Deltek solution?
- What improved (time, accuracy, visibility, compliance)?
- How can others apply your approach?
Speaker Responsibilities
If selected, speakers agree to:
- Participate in session preparation and communication with our speaker and track management team
- You will receive access to a speaker portal
- Complete speaker release requirements & register for the event. Customer speakers receive a complimentary conference pass. Only one per session, so those who have the co-speaker role will register at the current registration rate.
- Speakers should complete tasks within the portal which will also provide access to presentation creation resources.
- Submit draft and final presentations by deadlines as indicated within the portal.
- Presentations must be 50 minutes in length.
- Incorporate audience engagement during your session delivery (polls, Q&A, etc.)
Partner Guidelines
We value the expertise and innovation that our partners bring to the Deltek community; however, the Deltek Elevate Call for Speakers is reserved for customer-led sessions. Partner-led sessions are one of the benefits of our Deltek Elevate sponsorship packages. Contact
our sponsor team for more information.Customer sessions should be on customer templates, and the content delivery should come from the customer. Partners may not be added to the session, but can assist with Q&A following the session. Partners who sponsor the event may invite customers to participate in their sponsored session(s).

To assist the track management team in evaluating your proposal, provide a high-level outline of your session. Include the key topics, sections, or flow of the presentation including Q&A. Bullet points are encouraged. This outline does not need to be final and may evolve if your session is selected.

Please list two to three learning objectives that clearly articulate the knowledge, skills, and abilities that attendees can take away from the session. Learning objectives must be
