In this workshop, we look closely at the "behind the scenes" view of how data is stored in the Project Ledger table. Our focus is on three key Project types: "Cost Plus Fixed Fee", "Estimate At Completion" and "Time & Materials". We will examine what happens when revenue formulas are changed, formula levels are shifted, and the Owning Organization is changed. Our workshop will also examine the role of function codes that control how prior year rate adjustments are handled. Hands-on exercises will address how to follow step-by-step checklists to properly process modifications to "Project Revenue Info" screen.
Please note, workshops carry an additional fee of $495 for a 3-hour instructor-led hands-on session (attendees should bring their own computer). If you would like to add a PCW to your agenda, please login to modify your registration or contact our Deltek ProjectCon help team.

RWCO conducted an omnibus study of public sector contractors to better understand the variables that influence and drive win rates across more than twenty-seven different industrials sectors. Key takeaways of that study will be revealed, including that the review process – or the time (as a percentage of the total RFP response timeline) – is directly correlated to the probability of win over an extended period.
