JNUC is the largest gathering of Apple admins in the world. Since 2007, the Jamf Nation User Conference (JNUC) has brought together the brightest minds in the Apple ecosystem to exchange their ideas and best practices around managing and securing their devices.

The Jamf Nation User Conference will be a hybrid format in 2023 providing three models this year: in-person, virtual or keynote only.

While a lot of content at JNUC is presented by Jamf customers and partners with a focus on their success using Jamf and Apple, any Apple admin can benefit from JNUC. Innovative problem-solving, common workflows, third-party tools and helpful resources are highlighted throughout the conference. Even if you're just curious to see what Jamf is all about, there's no better way to check us out than attending JNUC!

The Jamf Nation User Conference will be held Tuesday, September 19 - Thursday, September 21, 2023, for both in-person and virtual experience.

Your Jamf ID is not tied to your JNUC registration. If you attended last year, you can use the same login information from 2022. Alternatively, you can choose forgot password, or create an entirely new login.

A broadcast of the annual JNUC Keynote is provided to you complimentary. All you need to do is register for the Keynote session.

Jamf reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If Jamf cancels JNUC, registrants would be offered a full refund of their registration fee. Should circumstances arise that result in JNUC being postponed, Jamf has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at a new, future date. Jamf will not be responsible for reimbursement of any attendee’s expenses, such as flights or hotel rooms, related to the cancellation or postponement of an event. Attendees will be responsible for cancelling flights and hotel rooms directly.

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and purchase order.

Please select Purchase Order when completing your registration. Then, email a PDF of your purchase order to purchasing@jamf.com for processing. An invoice will be created and sent back, which will need to be paid in net 30 days. Purchase orders will not be accepted after July 29th 2023 (60 days before JNUC 2023).

If you are no longer able to attend JNUC 2023, you can transfer your registration to another attendee until 5:00 p.m. CST on August 18, 2023. Any substitution requested after this date will incur a $149 USD fee.

Please email JNUChelp@jamf.com for all JNUC cancellations. Cancellations received before August 18 at 5PM CDT will be refunded, minus a $149 USD processing fee. Cancellations after August 18 can not be refunded. No shows for JNUC will not receive a refund or credit towards future events.

Jamf continues to offer training courses for 100, 200, 300, 370 and 400 level certifications. However, those unique trainings will not be offered at JNUC 2023 as they require a full four days of committed session time.

JNUC 2023 will be held at the Austin Convention Center, 500 E. Cesar Chavez St, Austin, TX 78701.

Breakfast and lunch will be provided each day of the conference. Special dietary requests can be made when you register. Attendees are responsible for their own dinner, but there will be appetizers and drinks provided at the Jamf Nation Party on Wednesday night.

We have multiple room blocks available near the convention center for JNUC 2023 with rates ranging from $189 - $315++ a night. You can book your stay when you register for the conference. Pro tip: don’t wait until the last minute to book your room to ensure you receive a room at one of our conference hotels at a discounted rate.

Yes, you can bring a guest to the Jamf Nation Party for a fee of $225. A guest pass for the party can be purchased during the registration process or onsite.

Casual (jeans & t-shirt) is appropriate for all functions related to JNUC 2023. We recommend bringing a light jacket for cool evening temperatures.

Yes, a prayer/meditation room is available onsite located on the 3rd Floor - Office 13. Stop by the info desk on the 3rd floor for directions.

Yes, there is an onsite lactation room at the convention center located on the first floor outside of Exhibit Hall 1 on the Cesar Chavez side. The room is self-locking and has a comfy chair, side table, sink, fridge, and vanity.

Yes, gender-neutral restrooms are available at the convention center inside of Exhibit Hall 4, inside of Exhibit Hall 5, the Atrium Lobby, and the 4th floor outside of Ballroom D.

Proof of vaccination against COVID or a negative test is NOT required for you to attend JNUC 2023. Jamf will consider federal, state and local regulations where JNUC is being hosted and will comply with CDC guidelines.

Yes, complementary onsite luggage and coat check will be available Thursday September 21st from 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. - near the registration desk.

Yes! For those not wanting to walk to/from your hotel and convention center each day, there will be complimentary shuttles during the peak morning and afternoon hours. Keep an eye out for these JNUC branded 5-passenger shuttles! Check the signage at your hotel for pick-up timing.

Yes, there will be lowered registration counters at registration that can be accessible from wheelchairs or scooters.

For optimal viewing of the ASL interpreter, there will be a section using the front three rows of the outer most section to the left of the stage (when standing on stage and looking out) marked ‘reserved for ASL viewing’.

There will be areas within the general seating to accommodate wheelchairs and scooters. These areas will be positioned on the ends of the rows closest to the center of the seating.

Yes, the opening keynote will be supported with an American Sign Language (ASL) interpreter.

Yes, all JNUC sessions will be accompanied with open captioning in English.

Yes, we will be implementing captioning for breakout sessions. Captions will be displayed on at least one of the screns within the session room.

Yes! Roundtrip shuttle service will be available from the Austin Convention Center starting at 6:00 p.m., departing from Trinity Street - just outside the expo hall doors. There will be a designated accessibility shuttle to accommodate wheelchairs and scooters - this shuttle will have signage indicating accessibility shuttle service.

Yes! For those needing extra assistance around the convention center, there is mobility scooter rentals available at the Business Center on level 1 of the Austin Convention Center.
