Parking/Ride Share
 

Self-parking is not available at The Beverly Hilton. Valet parking is available for conference guests at a rate of $25 per day or $65 overnight. Ride share drop-off and pick-up is available at both the entrance on Wilshire Blvd and the main hotel entrance.

Stay up to date in real-time, customize your agenda, connect with other attendees, and more with the official Pollstar Live! app. Following the steps below to connect: 
 

• Search “Pollstar Live! 2025” in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, or click the buttons below
   

 

• Download the app and log in using the email you provided during registration and the case-sensitive password you created.
   
• Once logged in, tap the “Messages” tab and opt in to networking. Opting in will make your account visible to others in the "Attendees" tab.
   

 

First-Time Attendees: We’ve Got You Covered
 

Here are a few quick tips to help you make the most of your first #PSL25 experience:

• Download the Pollstar Live! App – This is the best way to customize your schedule, stay informed with real-time updates, and connect with other attendees throughout the event.
• Bring Your Badge Everywhere – Badges are required for entry to all sessions, networking events, sponsor activations, meals, coffee breaks and the Pollstar Awards (for Pollstar Live! and Pollstar Live! Combo registrations). Please don’t leave your room without it.
• Dress Code is Business Casual – Attire across the conference is generally polished but comfortable. Please note that meeting rooms may be cool, so we recommend bringing a light jacket or sweater.
• Want to Attend the Pollstar Awards Show? – If you have registered for Pollstar Live! or the Pollstar Live! Combo, your badge grants access to the Awards, pending available seating. If you purchased a ticket for the show, please pick up your ticket at will call in the Wilshire Ballroom. If you’d like to bring a guest who is not registered, additional tickets may be purchased through the registration portal.
• Share Your Feedback – Session surveys will be available in the app after each panel. We encourage you to participate—your insights help us continue to improve the Pollstar Live! experience.
• Follow Along on Social – Stay in the loop and get featured by tagging #PollstarLive #PSL25 and following Pollstar on social. 

 

36th Annual Pollstar Awards presented by Live Nation
 

Join us as we honor the live entertainment industry’s finest at the 36th annual Pollstar Awards presented by Live Nation, taking place Wednesday, April 16 at 8:00 PM! This year’s celebration features the induction of Stevie Nicks, Barrie Marshall, Louis Messina, and the Ryman Auditorium into the Pollstar Live! Hall of Fame, along with special recognition for award recipients Steve Ballmer and Gary Kurfirst (posthumously). We’ll also celebrate the nominees across all award categories—[see the full list here]. There are always surprises in store! 
 

Ticket/Entry Information –Doors will open at 7:30 PM. Pollstar Awards Will Call will be open from 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM in the Wilshire Ballroom. Pollstar Live! and Pollstar Live! Combo badge holders already have awards access included with their conference badge. Attendees who purchased an additional awards ticket, Production Live! attendees who added an awards-only ticket, and all awards-only guests (including general admission and table seating) must pick up their badges during Awards Will Call. These badges will not be available during regular registration hours.

Limited seats are available—to purchase a ticket while they last, please use the registration portal. 
 

Annual Poster Contest
Don't forget to visit the Poster Contest wall located outside the Wilshire Ballroom. Then head over to the Pollstar Mobile app and cast your vote on your favorite poster! 
 
How to cast your vote: 

1. Download the free Pollstar Live! 2025 app in the iOS or Google Play Store
2. Log in with your account credentials 
3. Click the 'more' tab on the far right
4. Click on 'Poster Contest' within the 'more' tab
5. Click on the dropdown menu and select your favorite poster
6. Voting closes at 5:00 PM on Thursday, April 17
