The explosive growth of data, such as through generative AI, requires more computational resources. As the increase of power consumption is becoming a social problem, we are being expected to reduce power consumption while ensuring higher computational performance. To achieve both of them, we have developed a new server architecture called Composable Disaggregated Infrastructure (CDI), which enables operators to dynamically allocate resources such as compute, memory, storage and GPU to each server from a resource pool outside of the server on demand. In this session, we introduce new CDI server and potential collaboration with SUSE products.
