Onsite Lodging options (SOLD OUT)
If you add overnight stays to your ticket, you can choose from the following bed types:
The NovaVita Bungalows
- Sleeps 3
- 1 queen bed and 1 bunk bed
- Ensuite bathroom
- $40 for bunk bed and $50 for queen bed, per night

Individual travel plans
Most flights arrive in Ecuador early morning or late at night.
Young Living Transportation
We’ll provide transportation to and from the airport for an additional fee.
- $15 for one way
- $30 for round trip
If your flight arrives after the scheduled pick up times below, please arrange to stay at a hotel (most hotels have shuttles to and from the airport).
Here's a list of the pick up times you can choose from during the registration process:
- November 6: Airport, 11 a.m.
- November 7: Hotels, 8 a.m.
- November 7: Airport, 11 a.m.
- November 8: Hotels, 8 a.m.
While booking your flights, keep in mind that the drive from the farm to the José Joaquín de Olmedo International Airport (GYE) is roughly 60 minues. If you are choosing Young Living transportation and you are not staying onsite at the farm the travel time may vary.
Round Trip Departures
Please provide experienceyl@youngliving.com with your flight itinerary, and we will base shuttle departure timing on everyone’s schedule. We will announce the timing closer to the event.
