Registration Guidelines
Q. Will virtual tickets be made available for this event?
A.
The YL30 International Grand Convention in Salt Lake City, Utah will have a hybrid offering with tickets to both an in-person or virtual experience available now for purchase! Virtual Registration will be open from now until July 12, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. MT.

Q. What is the refund policy for the convention?
A.
Refunds will be issued according to the schedule below: 

•  July 15–December 31, 2023: 100 hundred percent 
•  January 1–March 31, 2024: 75 percent 
•  April 1–May 31, 2024: 50 percent 
•  June 1–30, 2024: 25 percent 
•  No refunds will be issued after June 30, 2024


Q. How do I modify my information or registration?
A.
Follow these steps to change your registration details.

  1. Click "Sign In" to access your registration.
  2. Click the pencil icon on your Attendee Portal within the Edit Your Registration section.
  3. After making your changes, click "Continue" to process your changes.


Q. Can I transfer a ticket?
A.
Ticket transfers must be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please email events@youngliving.com.

Q. I can no longer attend convention. How can I cancel my registration?
A.
Please email events@youngliving.com.

Q. Can I purchase a convention ticket for a guest and/or my downline?
A.
Young Living account holders who are active and in good standing will be able to purchase guest packages during the registration process or by selecting "Add Guest Tickets" on their Attendee Portal.

Q. How does the guest package work?
A.
If the purchaser is assigning a guest pass to a Young Living account holder, the purchaser can send an invite to register in the Guest Registration section on their Attendee Portal. This allows the guest to register with their own login details and gain access to their convention registration. If the purchaser is inviting a co-applicant or a non-member, the purchaser can register the guest with a unique email address.

Q. How can I modify or manage the group packages I have purchased?
A.
You can view the modification instructions through your Attendee Portal and by clicking the pencil icon within the Guest Registration section.

Q. What happens if I purchase a guest package and don’t fill all spots purchased?
A.
All unused tickets and cancelled tickets will fall under the current cancellation policy. Please see the refund policy on the Registration Guidelines page.

General
Q. What is the structure of the Young Living convention this year?
A.
The YL30 convention will be an international convention. All Brand Partners from around the world are invited to attend. Join us July 17-20, 2024!

Q. Will there be translations and ASL interpretation provided for this event?
A.
Translation and interpretation services will be provided based upon requests received through the registration process. Please note that we require a certain number of requests for any given language to provide translation and interpretation services.

Q. How much does it cost to attend the convention?
A.

Q. What is the refund policy for the convention?
A.

Q. How do I modify my information?
A.
On your Attendee Portal, locate the Edit Registration Information section. You can update your registration questions by clicking the pencil icon. If you wish to update your personal details, please email events@youngliving.com with the information that needs to be changed.

Q. Can my children come with me to the YL30 International Grand Convention?
A.
If an attendee would like their child to participate in general session, a convention ticket must be purchased for them. This excludes nursing infants.

A mother’s room will be provided for nursing mothers, with a live feed of the session being broadcast in it.

Q. What ADA accommodations will be in place at the event?
A.
ADA-designated entrances will be provided. These entrances will open approximately 10 minutes before doors open to each general session. ADA seating will be marked and is available for you and one guest. You may not receive the same reserved seat for each general session, so please don’t leave belongings behind at the seats.

Q. Questions about COVID?
A.
Please be aware of ticket cancellation deadlines, cancellation fees, and any policies you have surrounding your own personal travel—including airline tickets—before you make reservations. If you feel you’ll need flexibility to fit your personal circumstances, we encourage you to purchase travel insurance when planning your trip.

Q. Can I add the closing event to my registration, and is there an additional fee to attend it?
A.
Registration for the closing event is required. There is no cost associated with the closing event for convention registrants.

Q. Does Young Living offer a discount for rental cars?
A.
Young Living is extending a corporate discount with National/Enterprise rental cars to our convention attendees. Please use this discount code at the time of booking: XZ47D63

HQ/Farm Tours
Q. Can I take the new Global Headquarters tour without going to the farm?
A.
No, the Global Headquarters tour will be available only to those who purchase one of the Global Headquarters tour/Farm Experience options in the convention registration process.

Q. Can I attend the Farm Experience without taking the new Global Headquarters tour?
A.
Yes, farm shuttles and self-transport options will be offered, based on availability, for those who would like to attend the Farm Experience without touring the Global Headquarters.

Q. Can I drive myself to the new Global Headquarters tour?
A.
As parking is extremely limited, only those who sign up for a self-transportation option during the registration process will be allowed to take personal vehicles to the Global Headquarters and the farm. Registration for the Global Headquarters tour and Farm Experience will be required to attend those events.

Q. Can I switch my Global Headquarters tour and Farm Experience to a different type?
A.
Yes, depending on availability. Please email events@youngliving.com to request a change to your GHQ tour and Farm Experience. Please provide the name on the registration(s) you want to change, the email address on the ticket(s), and the new type you’d like to change it to.

Q. Can I receive a refund if I cancel my GHQ/Farm tour ticket?
A.  
Full refunds are allowed for GHQ/Farm tour tickets until June 30. Please contact events@youngliving.com to cancel your farm selection(s).

Closing Party
Q. What time will shuttles be leaving the farm for those who don’t want to stay for the whole Closing Party?
A.
Shuttles will begin to depart after 8:30 p.m. as they fill up.

Q. Will there be a theme for the Closing Party?
A.
There is no specific theme for the Closing Party. However, we will be celebrating all things farm, so feel free to throw on some cowboy boots and a cowboy hat and immerse yourself in the spirit of the farm.

Q. What type of food vendors will be there?
A.
Food offerings are still being evaluated and determined. As plans are finalized, we will release additional information.

Q. Can I bring my family, even those who are not registered for the convention?
A.
Yes. Please add additional HQ/farm tickets for non-convention registrants through your Attendee Portal.

Q. Can I attend the Closing Party without purchasing a ticket to the farm?
A.
Yes. You must add the Closing Party ticket to your registration if you plan on attending. Shuttles for Closing Party participants who are not attending the HQ tours or farm experience begin loading at 5 p.m. at the Salt Palace Convention Center. The last shuttle to the farm departs at 5:30 p.m.

Closing Ceremonies
Q. Will there be other venues at the farm open during the Closing Ceremonies?
A.
The main venues at the farm (distillery, nursery, Visitor Center, etc.) will close prior to the Closing Ceremonies. Detailed information about what is accessible during the Closing Party will be provided.

Q: Can I come to the Closing Ceremonies and Closing Party without going to Farm Day?
A.
Yes. There is an option in registration to simply indicate you will be coming to the Closing Ceremonies and Closing Party, which is separate from Farm Day registration.

BeneFIT with YLF | Pickleball
Q. What days will BeneFIT with YLF Pickleball be available and what time?  
A.
Saturday, July 20 at the Salt Palace Convention Center
Rookie Rally: (Beginner)
8–9 a.m.: Tournament Check-in and Beginner Clinic
9–11 a.m.: Beginner Tournament

Q. Pro Pursuit: (Intermediate/Advanced)
A.
10:30–11 a.m.: Check-in & Warmup
11–1 p.m.: Intermediate/Advanced Tournament

Q. Where will BeneFIT with YL Pickleball take place?
A.
BeneFIT Pickleball will take place at the Salt Palace Convention Center in Hall A

Q. How much is registration and what is included in the price?
A.
Registration for $100 for a 2-person team to participate in either the beginner or intermediate/advanced pickleball session.

Q. Can I register as an individual?
A.
Registration is available only as a team. Each team should consist of two players.

Q. When is the registration deadline and refund policy?
A.
Registration is open from now until June 30, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. MT. and the refund policy is the same as Young Living’s convention refund policy.

Q. Can I register on-site or drop into a class?
A.
Due to limited capacity, registration is only guaranteed to those who sign up in advance, before June 30, 2024. If capacity remains, there will be drop-in availability on a first-come, starting at 8 a.m. on Saturday, July 20.

Q. Can Guests attend?
A.
At this time, registration for BeneFIT with YLF is only guaranteed to those registered for the convention. If there are still spots available after registration closes, there will be on-site drop-in availability on a first-come, first-admitted basis.

Q. I’ve never played pickleball before - can I participate?
A.
Yes! There is no assumed level of fitness required for Pickleball.  All ages play and pick the sport up quickly.  We recommend you join the Rookie Rally (Beginner) and come right at 8 to get some brief instruction to learn the rules and get familiar with the game.

Q. What should I bring to class?
A.
Bring a bottle of water, your pickleball paddle if you have one, and your community spirit.

Q. What should I wear?
A.
Whether athletic clothing that is stretchy & comfortable. Athletic shoes are recommended.

Q. Are spectator allowed?
A.
Yes, spectators are encouraged to attend and support their favorite teams!

BeneFIT with YLF Yoga

What days will BeneFIT with YLF be available and what time?  
Move your body and make a difference during two BeneFIT yoga sessions taught by Ed Dailey on July 18, 19 and 20 from 6 a.m. to 7 a.m. at the Salt Palace Convention Center.

Where will BeneFIT with YL take place?  
BeneFIT yoga sessions will take place at the Salt Palace Convention Center in room 255. Location

How much is registration and what is included in the price?  
Registration for in-person yoga is $75 for one session or $125 for three days and includes admission, one yoga mat, and one 5ml bottle of One Heart essential oil blend.

When is the registration deadline and refund policy?  
Registration is open from now until June 30, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. MT. and the refund policy is the same as Young Living’s convention refund policy.

Can I register on-site or drop into a class?  
Due to limited capacity, registration is only guaranteed to those who sign up in advance, before June 30, 2024. If capacity remains, there will be drop-in availability on a first-come, first-admitted basis. Only single-session drop-ins will be permitted, and more information about availability and registration will be available on-site at the convention.

Can Guests attend?  
At this time, registration for BeneFIT with YLF is only guaranteed to those registered for the convention. If there are still spots available after registration closes, there will be on-site drop-in availability on a first-come, first-admitted basis.

I'm not flexible, have never done yoga, or am a beginner - can I participate?  
Yes! There is no assumed level of fitness required for the BeneFIT with YLF yoga classes, and all ages and ability levels are welcome. Come as you are!

What should I bring to class?  
Bring your yoga mat, your One Heart essential oil blend, and a bottle of water.

What should I wear?  
Whether you prefer looser fitting or tighter fitting athletic clothing, stretchy, comfortable, breathable attire is recommended. Ultimately, wear what makes you comfortable! Additionally, while yoga is typically done barefoot, you are welcome to wear athletic shoes if you prefer to wear shoes.

What if I am late for a class?  
Please try to arrive a few minutes early to ensure timely start. However, if you are running late, please join us but enter quietly and ready to jump in so as to not disturb others.

What if I need to leave early?  
If you need to leave early, please choose a spot closer to the back of the room or near an exit, and we ask that you pack up and leave quietly so as not to disturb others.

Why is the Foundation not doing a 5K this year?  
Over the years we've heard some great suggestions for other ways we can move our bodies for a good cause, and with an expert yoga instructor on staff, we decided this would be a fun way to mix it up! We also wanted to provide you with more schedule options which was previously unavailable with the 5K.
