Artist Alley 

Calling all Artists! If you're ready to showcase your unique work and sell your creations, complete this application for your designated booth space in Artist Alley at TwitchCon Europe at the Rotterdam Ahoy Convention Center in Rotterdam, Netherlands on 29 & 30 June! 


Exhibiting in Artist Alley is not a paid opportunity and all accepted artists are required to secure their own event insurance and cover incidental costs like travel, accommodation, shipping costs, permits and any booth needs above those offered by Twitch. 
 


Guidelines: 

  •  All applications must be in compliance with Twitch’s Terms of Service, Privacy Notice, and Community Guidelines. If selected, you will also need to comply with the Events Code of Conduct and Release and Event Entrance Requirements
  • All participants must be over 18 years old and have a Twitch username in good standing, with no moderation infractions within the past ninety (90) days of the application. If a channel in the application is suspended or banned after being accepted, their participation will be reviewed and may be revoked at Twitch’s sole discretion.
  • All channels listed in the application must be active on Twitch, meaning the channel has been live within the last ninety (90) days of applying.
  • Include in your application a list of goods or services you intend on selling within Artist Alley.
  • Provide proof of an online shop or digital portfolio.
    • Social Media accounts showcasing your craft is acceptable. 
  • Submit a minimum of three (3) pieces of artwork for review.
    • Twitch Clips or social media posts will be accepted. 
  • Submitting for a shared Artist Alley booth with another artist is welcomed. When submitting with another artist, all information included in your application must apply to your entire group. We are unable to make changes to shared booths after applications are accepted. If you plan to share a booth with another artist, please include in your application all Twitch channel names and websites of all artists being promoted in the space.
  • Note: incidental costs (such as shipping, permits, travel, and accommodations) may apply and are not covered by the event organizer. 


Accepted applications will receive the following from Twitch:

  • Up to a 3m x 3m prefabricated Booth (including walls, counter, stool, table, and carpet).
  • Up to three (3) two-day Exhibitor TwitchCon Tickets.
  • Power and Wi-Fi for payment systems.


Selection Process:

The TwitchCon Events Team will stop accepting applications on 26 February 2024 at 23:59 CET. Applicants will be notified of their status by 25 March 2024. For Artist Alley inquiries please contact: speakers+artistalley@twitchcon.com.
